Hawaii

Hawaii is a U.S. island state located in the Pacific Ocean about 2,000 miles southwest of the mainland. It is the only U.S. state composed entirely of islands, consisting of 137 volcanic islands, with eight main islands: Niʻihau, Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Kahoʻolawe, Maui, and Hawaiʻi (the “Big Island”)

Hawaii is known for its tropical climate, volcanic landscapes, and rich Polynesian culture. The state’s highest mountains are Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island, both volcanic and among the tallest mountains in the world when measured from their base on the ocean floor. The islands offer diverse activities such as beaches, hiking, historic sites like Pearl Harbor, and vibrant local cuisine, especially on Oʻahu
